I had been traveling around Rome, Venice, London and all over itally since I had been studying in Florence for the past 5 months. Seeing so much great art I have realized that I need to change in order to stand out.

Anyway, I wanted to update you guys on some of my unfinished paintings that I'm working on. About 3 at the moment. Some of them are fast projects I had to do for school.

WOW!!! I didn't know you were in Florence!!! Where are you studying there? Angel Academy?
I'm going in 15 days for a month trip to europe. I'm really looking forward to London's National Gallery, visiting the Louvre again and all those wonderful places we'll go. I'm just upset that we arrive at Florence on a Monday were Palazzo Pitti is closed and then leave early on Tuesday... :(
Still, SUPER EXCITED!!

BTW, I can recognize your art anywhere. I.E.: Today you showed up in my "Traditional Art" group submissions... were they don't put who made them. I saw a piece and said "This is Alifann's handywork!!! It has his name painted all over it!" and voilà I was right!! ;)

I'm still in Florence but you get to go travel. Wow nice to see know someone who is interested in galleries as much as me. My next goal is to go see the gallery in Madrid. But the louvre sounds amazing too.

Its so sad you didnt see the Palazzo pitti. There was a caravagio show in it a while ago. Because it was his 500th birthday i dont remember really but that was just outstanding.

I'd really like to spend some time in Florence studying and painting..! That would be a dream come true!! :)

I'm also going to El Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen museum in Madrid!! My brother is getting married to a spanish girl in Madrid so we'll take the chance to do some major tourism. We'll also visit the Picasso museum in Barcelona, and if all goes well, I might have time to visit the Tate Museum in London and the D'Orsay in Paris. Soooo much art!!!

:giggle: We have that in common!!! :giggle: My father is a big art buff so he taught me really well and passed on the passion. My mother plays along :giggle: and, if you can find some fun facts and anecdotes, she will just stare and gawk at the painting. Mostly she stares at the buildings, being an architect and all.

Wow, all of those look amazing! I just love the blend of colors and how you captured "moments" in each piece (especially the ram one and the one with the two people.)
I will be going to London this summer as a graduation present. What are your favorite galleries there and why?

I went to London 2 times just to finish all the free galleries. I loved every single one of them because even for an artist you can still be influenced by Science museums.

But my fav is the national gallery and the portrait gallery. They all very close together. It was my fav area to hang out.
